Beheaded convicts...
Bullet-blasted bodies...
2 deadly drug cartel lieutenants tearing the country into pieces…

Her baby needs no violence; but love, hope, principals, values... Today, as she- Marisol Valles Garcia is sworn in as Police Chief, Praxedis G.Guerrero, Mexico, she swears by her life that she’ll terminate drug-related crime- not with violence, but love, hope, principals, values.
